DONNA MUNDAY

General Manager Donna Munday is Director of Theatre Production, responsible for the general management of Billy Elliot the Musical, and developing other Working Title theatrical product. Most recently Donna held the posts of Interim Chief Executive at Sheffield Theatres, comprising the Crucible, Lyceum and Studio, and Interim Executive Director at Nimax Theatres, managing its group of five West End theatres comprising the Apollo, Duchess, Lyric, Garrick, and Vaudeville Theatres.
From 2003 to 2007 Donna was Chief Executive at Royal & Derngate Theatres in Northampton. In 2000 she joined Really Useful Theatres as General Manager, responsible for the successful management of all productions within RUT’s thirteen West End Theatres, which include the London Palladium, Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Her Majesty's and the Palace. From 1995 to 2000 Donna was Finance Director at the Royal Court Theatre. Prior to this she worked for a number of national and international theatre production and touring companies.
Alongside her work for Billy Elliot and Working Title, Donna is also a Regional Council Member of Arts Council England East Midlands, a Council Member and a member of the Industrial Relations Committee for the Theatrical Management Association, and a Board Member of the National Student Drama Festival.
