PIPPA AILION - Adult Casting

Pippa has cast over 75 productions for the West End, UK, National tours, New York, Dublin and 15 productions in Germany, Sweden, Japan, Houston Grand Opera, Paris, Chichester Festival Theatre, Ludlow Festival, Crucible Theatre Sheffield, Stratford East and London Fringe. She has also cast three seasons of 15 European Classics for Jonathan Miller at The Old Vic between 1987 and 1991 where she held the position of Resident Associate Director.

Pippa has also been involved in casting for TV, Film, Commercials and Pop Promos. West End / London credits include: Acorn Antique, Simply Heavenly (Trafalgar Studios), Follow My Leader
(Hampstead), Tonight’s the Night, We Will Rock You, Disney’s The Lion King, Simply Heavenly (Young Vic), re-launch of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, All You Need is Love, Song of Singapore, Japes, Wit, Rent (also Dublin), Prisoner of Second Avenue, Jackie, The Magistrate, Hair, Into the Woods, Forever Plaid, Annie Get Your Gun, The Blues Brothers.

National tours/Regional: The Postman Always Rings Twice (West Yorkshire Playhouse). The Gingerbread Lady, Slamdunk, Golden Boy, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Leader of the Pack, Sadly Solo Joe, West Side Story (Sweden), Five Guys Named Moe, All You Need is Love, Passports to the Promised Land, Strangers on a Train, Riverdance, Dick Barton Special Agent. Germany – The Lion King (Hamburg) , Jesus Christ Superstar (Frankfurt), Hunchback of Notre Dam (Berlin), Cats (Hamburg and Stuttgart). Paris – The Lion King (Eurodisney)
